Craig Gowan is a listed residential property built in 1878 for James Mudie by the architects James McLaren and George Shaw Aitken. Our expertise in the design of incoming utility services has been enlisted to realise up-to-date and robust service provision for the building’s next stage of life.
The existing property has undergone conversion from a 14-bedroom mansion house to 6 luxury flats and a further new build property is to be constructed in the grounds. We sized the new supplies, proposed incoming service routes, liaised with utility companies and managed the corresponding application letters to the respective utility companies.
Our keen eye for detail has proven crucial in establishing coordinated internal routes for utility cables and pipes with minimal interruption or intrusion to listed parts of the property.
